Order Progress Display

No more calls to the shop floor for order status! SIM*plicity provides an up to the minute display of all orders indicating the status of every item on the order including the status of lower level components. Note that this is a "real-time" display that is updated as production is reported.

1. This Order Progress screen can be accessed from both Manufacturing and Order Entry.

2. Select the Order Number. Enter the number directly or use the "spin buttons" (slower as it reads each order accessed). You can search for an order by RIGHT clicking in the yellow order number box . Search options include customer and sales rep info, purchase order #, etc.

3. All of the items on the order will be displayed. If all the items on an order are displayed in green the order is ready to be shipped - complete. Items indicated in red haven't been started and if yellow they are in progress.

Click on any line in yellow to see the progress of every component in that item. Components are displayed with color coded balls. Click on "+" signs to see lower level components and labor operations. Highlight a line to see the actual production to date.
