Customer Service	Complete order history of current and all past orders is immediately available including complete details on all items. (SIM*plicity has no history limits!) The production status of any current order is displayed and, if not in process, customer service can readily modify it.
Cost of Goods Sold	SIM*plicity automatically tracks material and labor on every item on every order. Information on individual orders can be displayed and a summary report compares total order cost to price. This report can be sorted by customer, product line or sales rep.
