Vendor Information
SIM*plicity maintains complete information on all vendors.
Access it by selecting the Inventory Bar on the Accordion and then Vendors. Select ADD/EDIT in the pop up box and the vendor screen will appear.
Click the "NEW" button to enter a new vendor or enter the company ID# in the Company # box (yellow background) to edit an existing vendor. You can use the up/down arrows (spin buttons) on the right side of the box to scroll through existing vendors.
To print out (or export to a spreadsheet) a list of vendors select the PRINT option (instead of ADD/EDIT) after selecting vendors on the accordion bar.
| Company # | If you've selected new; enter a company
id# (up to 10 characters) you will get a warning message if you've entered
a duplicate. If you are editing an existing company enter sufficient characters for the system to find a match or:

| Company Name | Enter the Company's full name |
| Mail Address | After entering first line of address tab down to succeeding lines. When you reach the City/State line it will prompt you for the zipcode. If the zipcode is not in your database a window will pop up for you to fill in the city and state for the zipcode you are adding. |

Don't forget to click the SAVE button when you are done with a company!
